Conventions Of Music Videos

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have had to scrap my original music video idea, this is very frustrating as it is requiring me to go back to the research tasks I have already completed and change them. However, with help and suggestions from my peers I have  been able to come up with an idea which will work out better as the facilities I need are on the school premesis and can be easily rearranged to suit my requirements.

Diary 20/12/12

In media for the last week our teacher has informed us about his intentions to grade our work at its current stage, he said even though our work my not be the grade we want it to be at the moment, he said we can gain marks for time management. He said he will have graded them by new years, therefore, I will endeavor to get all the key tasks completed by then.

I got inspiration for my Digipak cover and my magazine advert from One Republic's album covers and album adverts, I tried to model these designs as they are styles that do not suggest which music style they are and creates a sense of mystery.
